Education
I attended UC Irvine for my undergraduate degrees, and was a member of their Campuswide Honors Program. I have also researched under a UC Irvine Spanish professor and completed a senior project. I graduated with honors in: -BA in Spanish Literature and Culture from UC Irvine. Major GPA 3.9. -BA in Global Cultures from UC Irvine. Major GPA 3.79.
Experience
I have a passion for teaching Spanish and English speaking and writing skills, which were first honed as I grew up in a bilingual household. I have since lived abroad in Spain for 3 years. During college, I completed a degree in Spanish language and literature, and graduated with honors. I also edited essays for peers during this time to offset education expenses, and explored my own writing abilities as I completed my second major in Global Cultures. I have previously a Spanish tutor for ThinkTank Learning as well as independently tutored private Spanish classes. I was an English primary school teacher in Spain for 2 years and a private tutor in writing and essay editing. I completed a senior academic honors project after 2 quarters of research with UC Irvine professor. Entire project completed in Spanish. My language experience was further broadened when I worked for a translation company as a project coordinator.

Hobbies
I love to read books in my spare time, watch foreign films, and swim to relax. I also have a passion for traveling and have been all over Europe and parts of Asia. I also play piano in my spare time and love improvising my own pieces. Lately, I've returned to writing as well. Apart from working freelance for some online platforms, I write short stories and travel blogs in my free time. Writing has been a longtime passion of mine and I hope to finish my first novel this year.
