Experience
I am a graduate student of the San Jose State University (SJSU). I received my Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Pune, India. My future goals include attending business school to obtain a business management degree, and a couple of the fields that I am thinking about entering as a network engineer. I am a firm believer in the power of hard work and dedication, and I believe we can all achieve anything we set our minds to. One of my favorite quotes that embodies this idea is by Will Smith in the movie "Pursuit of Happyness" that reads: "Don't ever let someone tell you that you can't do something...You want something, go get it. Period." This is an idea that has always kept me motivated through tough challenges, and as a tutor I want to inspire this sense of determination in all of my students. I started tutoring my peers as a Sophomore in high school, and have continued tutoring and teaching others throughout my undergraduate career. Some of my these experiences include mentoring elementary school students and leading workshops on resume writting and how to face an interview. Moreover, I organized and taught my fellow undergraduates through my class. My favorite subjects to tutor are mostly in the fields of math and science, including Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, Calculus, Statistics and more.

Hobbies
When the time comes to set the books aside and relax, some of the things I love to do are spend time with friends and family, watch my favorite shows on Netflix, exercise or dance, listen to music, and cook. As a Varsity Tutor, I hope to motivate students like myself to reach their fullest potential and achieve any and all academic goals they set out for themselves.
